The Energy Curriculum is a body of knowledge that can be used and applied within education to inform teaching and learning, creating a more harmonious and successful system. It is an emerging, cutting- edge collection of tools that help tell the story of who you are and how you work in the world.
It can be used by members of the school community for the benefit of all, ensuring that everyone, teachers and pupils alike, really do reach their full potential and develop into their natural, authentic selves.
Based on the Human Design System, the Energy Curriculum offers simple solutions, that can provide welcome help during this time of turmoil and reduce the plethora of pain that is currently tangible within the system. It offers tiny tweaks that can instigate huge changes.

As teachers we recognise that we are standing on the cusp of educational evolution, a movement to improve the current system with forward thinking and innovative ideas. Who am I?
Deb Wilson
After 23 years in education, I left the system when it failed to support my son. Home education became our focus and, very quickly, it became apparent that a passion-driven, child-led approach to learning would help him thrive. This experience, combined with my journey into Personal Development, Life Coaching, and Human Design, led to the creation of The Energy Curriculum which is a revolutionary approach that helps teachers and pupils understand their unique energetic blueprints, making learning more relevant, engaging, and fulfilling.
The current education system often overlooks individuality, leaving many students disengaged and unsure of their future. The Energy Curriculum aims to help change this by creating learning environments where pupils and teachers feel seen, valued, and excited to learn and teach, By integrating Human Design, Personal Development, and Energy awareness, we can move towards a system that fosters authenticity and a lifelong love of learning. How Can It Help?
The Energy Curriculum is a collection of knowledge that can be used within education to raise awareness of self and how we work authentically within the world.
Knowledge of our Energetic Archetypes can be used in a variety of ways within a school setting.
Heads, SLT, class teachers, SENCO’s, support staff, pupils and parents can all use this information to help in a plethora of ways, at different depths, to support metacognition, empowerment, authenticity, growth and development through a more holistic view of each and every one involved in the process.

The world is learning, more and more, about how energy works, how it impacts us and what we can do to use it for the benefit of all. The Energy Curriculum is about working with our energetic archetypes rather than against them.
A real change of thinking is needed. At present the emphasis is still on curriculum subjects, knowledge acquisition, skill acquisition, and rigorous testing. This compares one child to another and inadvertently labels one ‘more intelligent, more skilled, better than’, another child. This then leads to feelings of low self-worth, and develops a ‘I can’t' type mentality, feelings of anger, frustration, and bitterness leading on to children who are disillusioned, lacking purpose and motivation.
We can change all this.
By looking at ourselves and others through the lens of Human Design, by tapping into our Energetic Archetypes and applying that knowledge into the education process, we can change all this.
It really is time to redefine education and how we celebrate our children.
Human Design Types - Which one are you?
Human Design provides insights into how you naturally learn and interact with the people around you. It is a practical, simple, reliable and easy to use system that can benefit all involved in education.
There are five primary energy types:
Alchemist
Initiator
Time bender
Orchestrator
Calibrator
Each one represents a distinct way of interacting with others and their unique strategies for learning throughout life.

Which One Are You?
Human Design provides insights into how you naturally learn and interact with the people around you. It is a practical, simple, reliable and easy to use system that can benefit all involved in education.

Generator or Alchemist
Alchemists transform energy into tangible results. They are the builders of worlds, achieving profound impact through consistent effort.
Their gift is in cultivating productive environments where consistent effort leads to collective achievements, turning potential into skilled, motivated individuals.

Manifestor or Initiator
Initiators are powerful starters with bursts of creative energy. They impact by initiating actions and are catalysts for change, inspiring movements with bold visions.
Their gift is to spark innovation and foster environments where bold ideas ignite curiosity, inspiring collaborative, forward-thinking learning communities.

Manifesting Generator or Time Bender
Time Benders excel as multi - taskers with bursts of energy, gaining satisfaction from mastery in diverse pursuits. They are whirlwind teachers and learners who excel in interdisciplinary projects where they multi-task across subjects.
Their gift is in inspiring others to explore multiple paths, enhancing overall engagement and efficiency.

Projector or Orchestrator
Orchestrators excel as guides and possess keen insights into systems and people, directing efficiently when invited to do so. They thrive in mentoring roles, inviting collaboration and have an aura that penetrates others, allowing deep understanding.
Their gift is guiding peers through their innate wisdom, and ability to recognise the talents of others.

Reflector or Calibrator
Calibrators serve as barometers for classroom and general school well-being, highlighting imbalances through thoughtful observations. They act as sensitive mirrors, reflecting the collective energy and health of their surroundings.
Their gift is providing unbiased insights into group dynamics, revealing disharmonies others miss.
